Our client is a premier business law firm in Raleigh looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their dispute resolution team.
Step out of single-niche silos and work directly alongside seasoned trial advocates across high-stakes corporate disputes, IP/tech litigation, real estate battles, employment defense, and regulatory proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end case strategy, driving factual investigations, discovery plans, and court filings.
- Take and defend depositions, argue pretrial motions, and appear at evidentiary hearings.
- Draft complex pleadings, dispositive summary judgment motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs.
- Oversee third-party subpoenas, electronically stored information (ESI), and document reviews.
- Prepare trial notebooks, motions in limine, and key witness outlines alongside lead trial counsel.
- Communicate directly with corporate clients and executive teams on case assessments and risk analysis.
